Yep! There is no reason why you shouldn’t workout while on vacation, especially if there is not a gym within miles of where you are staying. The jumprope and Xertube resistance bands are easy to pack in your suitcase and provides a challenging workout for all workout levels. I guarantee you will feel any type of 20 minute workout in high elevations such as Costa Rica.
