It’s time for a change of pace.  The weather is about to get better and Spring is around the corner.

It’s BOOTCAMP time!  I am excited to start a new year of bootcamp.  Our first bootcamp began at 10am on Saturday, March 27th at the Woodley Park Metro location (Corner of Calvert St. NW and Connecticut Ave. NW). We had a great turnout!  Our Fitness Bootcamp will improve your physical fitness. We will focus on abs, strength, conditioning, endurance, and weight loss.

We are offering a FREE bootcamp session for every first-timer!

This bootcamp is sponsored by DC Girls on the Run, a non-profit organization geared to promote healthy lifestyle for preteen girls.
