<p>Yep!  There is no reason why you shouldn&#8217;t workout  while on vacation, especially if there is not a gym within miles of where you are staying.  The jumprope and Xertube resistance bands are easy to pack in your suitcase and provides a challenging workout for all workout levels.  I guarantee you will feel any type of 20 minute workout in high elevations such as Costa Rica.  Let me know if you want me to send you a quick <strong>Vacation Workout </strong>to focus on strength, conditioning, core, and endurance: send me a an email to chickaro@p-fit.com</p>

<p>&#8220;In conjunction with the National Cherry Blossom Festival, Lululemon Athletica staffers are trying to gather 1,000 people to practice yoga on the Mall. The Hypnotic Gurus (a band that fuses electronic music and the sitar) will perform before and during the class. Peggy Mulqueen will lead the event.</p>
<p>The free class will be held at the Sylvan Theater, located at 15th Street SW and Independence Ave. Bring a yoga mat. All levels are welcome.&#8221; (Washington Post)  It will begin at 10:30 AM.  I hope you can join me and Project Fitness in this great event.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align:left;">It&#8217;s time for a change of pace.  The weather is about to get better and Spring is around the corner.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s BOOTCAMP time!  I am excited to start a new year of bootcamp.  Our first bootcamp began at 10am on Saturday, March 27th at the Woodley Park Metro location (Corner of Calvert St. NW and Connecticut Ave. NW). We had a great turnout!  Our Fitness Bootcamp will improve your physical fitness. We will focus on abs, strength, conditioning, endurance, and weight loss.</p>
<p>We are offering a FREE bootcamp session for every first-timer!</p>
<p>This bootcamp is sponsored by DC Girls on the Run, a non-profit organization geared to promote healthy lifestyle for preteen girls.</p>
